Description
Sings Country Gospel Songs brings together the voices and instruments of Hylo Brown & The Timberliners in a set rooted in bluegrass gospel. The focus is on songs of faith, delivered with the close harmony singing that has long been a hallmark of country church music. It is music that would feel at home at a Sunday singing, a homecoming or a quiet evening at home.
As a Heritage Collection Series title, it is aimed at listeners who value the original vintage sound. The release adds another chapter to the recorded work of Hylo Brown & The Timberliners. The word “favorites” in the title says it all: these are songs audiences have returned to again and again. This is a compact disc release. Rural Rhythm Records has long specialized in bluegrass, gospel and traditional country music, and this title fits naturally within that catalog.
Church groups and gospel fans alike will appreciate its sincere, unhurried approach. Browse the rest of the store for more titles in the same style.
